Melbourne Assembly Rooms is an ideal venue to host an event. Whether it is a fundraiser, charity event, social gathering, exhibition or celebration we have rooms to suit a variety of purposes. It is conveniently located in the centre of the village providing a range of multifunctional rooms suitable for all events at different times of the day.
The reasonable room rates, free parking, availability of adaptable furniture, staging and accessories and kitchen area make it an obvious choice for your event
Each of our rooms can be hired individually or in any combination depending upon your needs.
The standard room rate from July 2015 is £8.50 per hour but there are off-peak rates and special combination rates when booking more than one room. Full price details are available from the Manager, Andy Heafield or use the enquiry form.

Additional facilities including staging, PA system, lighting, tables and chairs, bar and wifi (there may be an additional charge incurred.)
The main hall is acoustically treated for live music and spoken word. Rooms also have the benefit of a hearing loop.
If required, we can introduce hirers to linen, crockery, cutlery, glass hire companies. We also have excellent relationships with caterers and licensees.
Our on-site manager will be available to advise and assist you with your hire.
